How to clean your Laine Jewelry Co. earrings:
Use a baby or make-up wipe to remove dirt, make-up stains, etc.

Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. I am not responsible for lost packages due to providing an incorrect address. If you have input your address incorrectly please let me know as soon as possible so I can correct it before shipping.

Unfortunately once packages are handed over to USPS it is their responsibility to get the package to the correct address. If you do not receive your package and the address is correct please go to the shipping provider and file a claim prior to contacting me. I will do my very best to help you in this situation

We do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings. This is to ensure all customers are receiving new and unworn jewelry. However, if your earrings arrive damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged product please contact our email, lainejewelryco@gmail.com with the order number and a photo attached. Damages will be reviewed before a replacement will be sent. I package my orders with care to ensure the items arrive to you in the original condition. However, we understand sometimes things are out of our control and we are happy to help resolve any issues.

Laine Jewelry Co. offers worldwide shipping. All items are shipped within 5-10 business days of purchase date. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, and International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International. USA orders $50 and above qualify for free shipping. This discount will be applied at checkout. Shipping rates are determined by package weight, size and USPS rates.
